Elizabeth Maxine Phillips 89 of Little Rock passed on Saturday October 7, 2017.  She was a resident at Northridge Health and Rehab. Center in Little Rock. Formally from Grady, AR. She is survived by; four children, sixteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
