ALICE CHALK

Alice Marie Williams Chalk, was born to the late John Williams Jr. &  Mary Lee Hicks-Williams on October 24, 1952. Alice transitioned into eternity on  March 26, 2023
She was preceded In death by; Father; John Williams Jr., Mother; Mary Lee Hicks-Williams, and her Brother; Elder John Alvin Williams. 

Alice leaves those to cherish her memories are her son; Michael Williams of Little Rock, AR, her youngest son Abu Bakr Mustafa. of Atlanta, GA., her daughters Allison Williams of Jonesboro, GA, and Alecia Williams of Little Rock, AR, Also survived by Three Grandsons Grandsons Timothy Looney Jr. of Little Rock, Grandson Joshua Williams of Little Rock, Pasha Mustafa of Atlanta, GA and one Granddaughter Cashius Long of Jonesboro, GA.,  Seven Great Grandchildren. Three sisters Betty Morgan of Little Rock, AR, Eva Powell of Pontiac MI, Allie Williams of Pontiac MI, and a Sister in Law Loretta Williams of Pontiac, MI. Honorary Brother Dr. Lonnie Ray Williams, and a circle of loving Nieces, Nephews, relatives and friends.

Her education began with Carver School in Stephens, AR, Graduated Horace Mann High School – Little Rock, AR, attended Philander Smith College where she studied Political Science Employment: Kent Stores, Magic Mart, City of Little Rock as a Senior Zoning Enforcement Officer for 37 years until her retirement.

Church Affiliations: Metropolitan Baptist Church, Thomas Memorial Baptist Church, Gumwood Baptist Church, and True Light Baptist Church where she
served faithfully. 

 Alice was a grandmother that loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Alice was an avid reader, and loved to look Western Movies as well as Investigative Shows even more so. She enjoyed a good Football Game as well, especially the Dallas Cowboys. Alice loved to vacation in Georgia with her children there. She attended and shared the Annual Saviour’s Day and Reparation Movement with her youngest son Abu Bakr Mustafa.
