TRUCKING FROM ARKANSAS TO ETERNITY;

Genois Boone 73 of Little Rock departed this earthly life into eternity on Friday September 18th to reunite with his bride LaRonda Boone. 

Genois “PO DAD and BOONE” (as he was often referred to by people who knew him), Boone was born on February 16, 1947 to the late James and Mary Boone in Keo, Arkansas. Boone attended England High School in Lonoke County. 

He was employed at, and Retired from ABC Block Company of Little Rock. He believed in God, and fellowshipped with Greater Paradise Baptist Church under Rev. Jerry Black and Rev. Charles Williams until his health began to fail.  

He was united in Holy Matrimony to  LaRonda Sanders until her Home Going in 2013. Boone, had many hobbies and interest such as; Riding Motorcycle, fishing, watching football, wrestling, Gun Smoke and anything with Chuck Norris in it, he enjoyed going for long drives with mother, having fish fries, cruising the streets to see family and friends. He was also the owner of Precious Moments Childcare in Little Rock. He loved to always stay dressed up when not working, he had to always put on his cowboy boots, sunshades, hat and his famous belt that said G. BOONE. 

Preceded in death are; James Boone (father), Mary Boone (mother), LaRonda Boone (wife) Bobbie Johnson (sister),Eddie Boone (brother).  

He is survived by; Lisa Davis of Little Rock, AR  (daughter), Genois Arzell Boone (Zell) Jacksonville, AR ( Son), Catina Boone of Little Rock AR (daughter), Kristy Boone of Lewisville, TX (daughter) Patrice Davezan of Corona, CA (daughter), Anthony Boone of Little Rock, AR (son), Byron Boone of Hot Springs, AR (son), Waymon Boone (son), Surviving Siblings: Mary Rollins (Entron), Alice Johnson (Norman), Charles Boone (Louise), Alma Boone, Janice Gaddie, Rita Price (Grindell) And a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. 

Services: visitation 2:00 - 7:00PM on Friday the 25th, at the O.T. SMITH MEMORIAL CHAPEL and graveside service 12:00 NOON Saturday the 26th FOREST HILLS MEMORIAL PARK in Alexander, AR. KELLY Smith FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 8424 KANIS Road, {2 blocks East of John Barrow * 501-612-5607}, will be serving the Boone families. WE WILL BE PRACTICING SAFE DISTANCE AND EVERYONE MUST HAVE ON A MASK TO ATTEND ANY PART OF THE SERVICE!!!! PLEASE NOTICE BELOW!!
