Gordon and I were married from 1989 to 2006. We've known one another since 1987. I am at a loss for words right now as to why such a good hearted, kind and brilliant person has been taken. We remained good friends and sent emails often and always silly birthday cards. Gordon, I hope you are traveling in space like you always wanted and eventually meet up with Lynnette, Bruce, your mom, Laurie, Holstein and Teddy. I love you. Marcia Fisher

Gordon was a person that everyone loved, several employees who work in each of our theatres worked with Gordon and each enjoyed him. He was very dependable, hard worker who rode his bicycle from his home on Green Mountain Drive to work on Cantrell Road. He's been with us for almost two years, started out in concessions, then to ticket tearing. Finally, asking to be the person to maintain the building's appearance in cleanliness. He was a person of a sweet nature, we loved him and will surely miss him.

Dear Gordon, Thank you for being one of the greatest, truest, gentlest, kindest friends a person could ever have. You know that although we were separated by too much distance, you were always in my heart. I trust that you are now free and in the Light, and hope we cross paths again somewhere sometime. Much love to you whereever your journey takes you!

Dear Family and Friends,
Gordon and I were friends since 1969. We met at Throop Memorial Church that year, and later were at UC Santa Barbara together. More fond memories than I can count are flooding through my mind of times we spent together. Just a couple of weeks ago (before learning of his passing) I "coincidentally" ran across the program from a variety concert in which we took part at the church way back then. We played and sang a duet of "Turn Turn Turn". "To everything there is a season . . ." I presided at his wedding to Marcia and enjoyed very much visiting with them.
My family remembers him very fondly. He and I kept in touch mostly through email these past some years. And I miss him very much. My deepest condolences to Sterling, Evan, Glenn, and all the rest of the family.

Seasons Greetings to you and your family. It has been an honor to be of service to you. We extend a heartfelt thank you for allowing us to serve you and your families during times like these. We know that during holiday seasons and special events, i.e. birthdays, anniversaries and etc. Our hearts mourn when we lose a loved one. And it helps when we have a point of contact that we can go to. That is why we put up monuments and flowers in cemeteries. Today, we light this green candle which represent life and peace (He makes me to lie down in green grass). As we light this candle, we invite you, your family and friends to light a red candle to commemorate the love and the remembrance of your loved ones. This “Memorial Page” will remain indefinitely on our website. You can post photos, comments or light a candle anytime.
Sincerely,
Kelly Smith GKFH
