HARRIETT JOHNSON STROUD

Harriett Johnson Stroud, was born December 29, 1946 in Little Rock, AR to Mr. Harold Johnson and Mrs. Thelma Miller Johnson. She attended North Little Rock public schools and St. Augustine Catholic school. She professed her faith in Christ early.

Harriett worked for TIMEX Corp; Park Plaza Bowling Alley; Pleasure Lanes Bowling Alley and Plasma Alliance Center before becoming disabled.

Harriett departed this life Friday, November 6, 2015, at the age of 68. She was preceded in death by her husband William O. Stroud, Jr. and one son, Mr. Kenneth Stroud; her Father and Mother. She leaves to cherish her memories is one sister Mrs. Iffis Smith; five daughters, Ms. Felicia Stroud, Ms. Lynn Stroud, Mrs. Yowanda Smith, Mrs. Kassandra Johnson and Ms. LaToya Stroud. Fourteen grandchildren, Mr. Joe Stroud-Lee, Sr., Mr. Kalbert Lee, Ms. Alyssa Lee, Ms. Felicity Lee, Mrs. Kenisesha Kirkland, Ms. Ashley Barnes, Ms. Kimberly Johnson, Ms. Shondrae Smith, Mr. Dennis Smith, Jr., Ms. Toreal Jones, Ms. Santanna Stroud and Ms. Sanai Jamison. Ten great-grandchildren, Mr. Joe Stroud-Lee, Jr., Ms. Mijae Martin, Mr. Ryan Thompson, Mr. Michael Witherspoon, Jr., Ms. Kenia Kirkland, Mr. Todd Kirkland, Jr., Ms. De’asia Marshall, Ms. Deanna Marshall, Ms. Brylee Cooks, Mr. Jaiden Shipman, Mr. William Kirkland. Mr. Mason Witherspoon and a host of nieces, other relatives and friends. the staff of Gillespie & Kelly Funeral Home (Kelly Smith Funeral Director) 2420 Arch Street will be serving the Stroud families.
