Judy Carolyn Bonner Kendall-Baylark was born September 5,1954 to the late Andrew James Sr. And Jewelene Bonner. She accepted Christ at an early age as a member of First Baptist Church
Highland Park. Later Judy united with Greater St. John Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Rev. Sherman McKenzie. She graduated from Metropolitan High School in 1972. She attended
college at Philander Smith College and later Graduated from University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education.
Judy worked for St. Peter’s Rock Daycare in the 70’s as a caregiver. In the early 80’s, she worked for Munsey Products. Judy worked for and later retired from Pulaski County Special School District of 30 years along while working for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette of 15 or more years. Judy married in her early years but later married her loving husband Danelle Baylark in 2021 where they were inseparable until God called her home, on Sunday, October 19, 2024.
Judy love to travel International and spend time with family and friends. She also enjoyed Bowling in various Pro Bowling Leagues. On the weekends during the Football, Basketball, and Baseball seasons, she loved to host watch parties while watching the Arkansas Razorbacks and calling the Hogs. “Wooo Pig Sooiee”
She was preceded in death by both parents Andrew James Sr. And Jewelene Bonner; Three brothers A.J. Jr., Sal, and Jackie Bonner; Three sisters Andrietta Bonner, Avis Thames, and Clendetta Chatman. She leaves to cherish her husband Danelle Baylark, Sr.; son Leron (Cassandra) Hussey; son Danelle (Meagan) Baylark, Jr.; two daughters Shirlisa and Jada Baylark; Two grandchildren Breanna and Devin Hussey; one brother Jerrell Bonner; one God son Anthony (Chara) Abrams; and a host of family and friends.
Services are as scheduled: A walkthrough on Friday October 25th from 3:00-5:30pm at the O.T. Smith & Sons Memorial Chapel/Kelly Smith Funeral & Cremation Services. The funeral Service will be 11:00a.m. Saturday October 26th, at Greater St. John Baptist Church 2100 Madison Street in Little Rock. The Internment will be 11:00a.m. on Wednesday October 30th at Haven of Rest Cemetery 7102 West 12th Street in Little Rock.
