Michael Lynn Walker Jr.

Michael L. Walker Jr. (Lil Mike) went home to be with the Lord October 11, 2021. He was born October 22, 1980 to Elder Michael L. Walker Sr. and Missionary Janice Walker in Little Rock, Ar. He was the oldest of 4 siblings; Emmanuel Walker (deceased), Isaiah Walker (Sophia) & Tameka Walker.

Mike Jr. professed a hope in Christ at an early age, he loved the Lord Jesus with all of his heart. As a child, he and his siblings would play pretend church at home, he would pretend to be the preacher. One day while playing outdoors, the spirit of the Lord fell on him and he started preaching the gospel; people in the neighborhood started coming in the yard crying and repenting of their sins. He was 4 years old at the time. God has always had a calling on his life. He was also blessed with a melodious voice and he had a big heart. 

His greatest achievement was when he joined the Army National Guard, in which he served for eight years and received an honorable discharge. He also finished trucking school and received his trucking license in May 2021. We are so very proud of his accomplishments and Mike Jr. knew that he was greatly loved by his family and will be greatly missed. 

Mike Jr. was an awesome son, brother, and father. He leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, father, brother, sister and a host of aunts, uncles, & cousins. He also leaves to cherish his memory 10 children; Sa’Niah Walker, Rihanna Walker, Michael Walker III, Emmanuel Walker, & twins Jacob and Joshua Walker (with ex wife Shaquita) and Tyriq Jones Walker, Machila Walker, Tyriq Strong, Malachi Callaway. Sleep on our beloved son, take your rest until we meet again when the trumpet of the Lord shall sound.
