THEADORE SIMPKINS, JR., 52, of Little Rock, passed on August 10. He is survived by his father; Theadore, Sr., and mother; Mary Verser. Funeral will be Saturday, August 20th, at 3:00 p.m. at Gospel Light House Apostolic Church, 501 E. 16th Street, Little Rock. A walkthrough viewing TBA.
